Shooter gets to the final 2 targets (kds) and finds that they weren't reset from the previous shooter (i.e. they are already down). After a pause to figure what to do, the T.O. says "Shoot the kds." Shooter fires in the direction of the kds twice to complete the stage. Should he be entitled to a reshoot? What if he only fired once, claiming that shot took down both kds? Should any time be taken off for pausing to figure out what the h*** was going on? This happened to me at the last match in Cleveland. Not angry, just curious.
