Lil Undertaker Shoots Match With No Misses!
The February match was eventful. Lil Undertaker shot his 1st match with no misses. Dixie Critter shot her 1st Ocoee Rangers match, and she was cute as a button in her Derby hat, pig-tails & pistols. Pistol Pete, the littlest cowboy, also shot his 1st Ocoee Rangers match. Marshal Too Tall had an eventful day: he broke his shotgun extractor, borrowed another shotgun and had problems getting shells to chamber in it, and to add insult to injury, he dropped a pistol and got a stage DQ. When he was describing his day to Ocoee Red, Red chuckled and said, “When you drop a pistol and it’s not over your holster, it just has 1 place to go. But there’re only 2 kinds of shooters, those who’ve dropped a gun and those who will.”

Unpleasant was the TOP GUN, shooting the match with no misses. Last Kiss was the Top Lady Shooter. And Tellico was the Top Predictor, sorta. Remember the stage where the shooting sequence was targets 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, then 3, 1, 2, 3, 4? Tellico told Mesquite Millie, “There’s going to be a lot of people get procedurals on this stage.” Well, he was sorta right. He was the only shooter in that posse who got a procedural: he talked himself into it. Fish wranglers sometimes slip in the slime.
