Happ Hazard Is The 1st Young Gun To Place In Top 10In An Ocoee Rangers Shoot!
April showers bring May flowers and also lots of cowboy & cowgirl shooters. 74 of them participated in the May Ocoee Rangers Cowboy & Cowgirl shoot. There were several families of shooters, some new to Ocoee Rangers shooting, and there were other visitors. Hey Duke was with us. He usually drops by once a year or so, and there were others as well.

At the April shoot, some of the stand and deliver shooters complained to T-Bone about having to move around a bit and about a couple of targets being a little farther down range, so he served up a gunfighter friendly field of stages this time, close and tightly grouped. So, the action was close, fast and furious.
Buckaroo Shooter Rhinestone Rachel was back for her 2nd shoot, and she shot 3 stages with no misses. Lil Undertaker, a little cowboy Buckaroo shooter, also shot 3 stages with no misses. And keeping the advantages of youth going, Happ Hazard, a Young Gun shooter, placed 1st in a field of 4 Young Gun Shooters and placed 9th in the Top 10 Shooters in a field of 74 cowboys & cowgirls.

Marshal Too Tall was the Top Gun and Anita Margarita was the Top Cowgirl Shooter. 15 shooters shot matches with no misses: Marshal Too Tall, Unpleasant, Purly, Polecat Carl, D.Q. Jones, Tin Pot, Amorous Ali, Bad Arm Slim, Horseshoe John, Raw Flint, Deadman, Tenn Smoke, Tellico, Cherokee Slim and Wild wood Marshal.
