Loose Cinch and Fast Harley Wear Ear Rings In Recognition Of Tennessee Tombstone

Last Month, Tennessee Tombstone trooped around the range sporting, believe it or not, a big ear ring.  Being a celebrity, the founder of Outlaw Shooting, other shooters took notice. So, this month Fast Harley and Loose Cinch showed up sporting large ear rings, the large goofy looking kind. They didn’t say if they had drilled holes in their ears, and I’m guessing that they didn’t. A joke can only go so far.  If Tombstone noticed their dazzling ear bobs, as some folks called them 50 years ago, it must have affected his shooting: he missed 7 shots and had a stage DQ. That’s not like him.

Tennessee Tombstone Shooting Outlaw, While Yazoo City Gal Waits to Gather His Brass

70 cowgirls and cowboys ventured out to shoot on a very pleasant, overcast day, and on a day of historical significance. Tinker Chapley showed up to shoot wearing a black hat. In all the years he’s been shooting as an Ocoee Ranger (he’s 1 of the founders) this was the 1st time he wasn’t wearing a white hat. Amorous Ali was also sporting a new hat, and she looked plum nifty in it. Sassy Motchie, against the advice of her shooting partner, Sheriff Lord, was decked out in her straw hat with hat band of flowers: the Sheriff told her it was fall and time to ditch the straw hat and move on to felt. She ignored his advice, and was dazzling in her flowers and straw, even if Horseshoe John did, once again, mispronounce her name when reading posse assignments.
